Jen is full of passion for her work, family, friends and life! Having lived in the desert since childhood, Jen loves and knows the Greater Palm Springs Area well and has a unique perspective of what makes the Coachella Valley so special. Prior to becoming a seasoned and successful Real Estate Agent, Jen was a corporate trainer for Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for 21 years, writing educational materials and teaching excellent hospitality skills.
Jen's expertise spans the Greater Palm Springs Area including Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs - representing buyers and sellers for homes, luxury land lots and high-end vacation rentals.

Jen holds Luxury Property Specialist Designation (LPS) awarded by Coldwell Banker Global Luxury as well as the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation (CLHMS) awarded by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She has studied interior design and often utilizes these skills to help clients state their homes when preparing to sell.
Bob Iglehart, CFP®, CPA, CDFA®, CPFA®, CRPC® has a passion for Wealth Management, Financial Planning, & Real Estate. Bob primary role is to support the team with research, writing contracts, technology, and marketing. He also serves as her backup to meet with clients, show homes to buyers, and conduct open houses.
Bob is also the Founder of iHart Retirement Income Strategies, a Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm. He is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and a Certified Plan Financial Analyst. He holds his Series 7, 66, and California Life and Health License as well as his California Real Estate License CalRE: 02118591.
Bob has been helping affluent families and business owners for over 30 years with their retirement plans, providing financial plans and investment advice to over 125 families and managing just under $100,000,000 in assets.
With his background in financial planning and managing money, Bob adds a great deal of value for our clients throughout the real estate transaction process.

Winston is a 6 year old Goldendoodle. He loves Real Estate as well - especially properties with grass! Winston loves people and other animals alike. He is a funny dog that loves shrimp tails, liverwurst, peanut butter, and he will never turn down a tomahawk steak bone from Ruth's Chris or Mastros.
They are The Iglehart Group - specializing in properties primarily in Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage. Their primary focus is on residential homes and condominiums, and high end rentals. They also specialize in several local country clubs including Ironwood Country Club in South Palm Desert where they are members.
They opened their beautiful office on El Paseo near Armandos in 2020.
They live in Silver Spur Ranch and when not selling homes, they is spend time entertaining, cooking, golfing at Ironwood Country Club, traveling, and spending time with family. Bob is Past President of Big Brothers Big Sisters in the Desert and Member at Large and both Bob and Jen are BIGS with Big Brother Big Sister of the Desert.

Kathy and Wayne have a great passion for the Desert and moved permanently to Palm Desert after enjoying multiple years commuting between their homes in Florida and California, so they can take advantage of all the Desert has to offer.
In addition to real estate, they both have backgrounds in healthcare. They both enjoy traveling, playing golf, and participating and attending events and activities throughout the Desert.
They are committed to providing their clients with a pleasurable, stress-free experience and being a valuable resource whether they are selling or buying a home.
